Radku jsem oslovila, jelikož jsem chtěla změnit jídelníček, dostat se do kondice a ozdravit svůj životní styl, primárně kvůli migrénám a výhledově kvůli těhotenství. Radka mě pomohla nastavit si hranice mezi prací a časem pro sebe. Připomněla mi, jak důležitá je v životě rovnováha, vědomí, že člověk je svobodný a může si jít po vlastní cestě. A že bez cvičení to nepůjde :) Začala jsem pravidelně cvičit a také hodně omezila konzumaci masa. Díky pravidelnému cvičení jsem zredukovala migrény a zhubla, což sice nebylo primárním cílem, ale určitě to neuškodilo :) Mám víc energie a celkově jsem o dost klidnější. Radka je nesmírně laskavá, trpělivá a vřelá, snaží se pochopit a nesoudí, člověk jí může vše svěřit. Radka hodně přemýšlí o tom, jaká cesta každému z nás sedne. Její vedení je jemné, ovšem důrazné :) Doporučila bych její práci Všem, kteří tápou a chtějí si uspořádat svůj wellbeing.

Během Radčinýho coachingu jsem udělala velký skok ve svém životě, a to nejen v oblasti zdraví. Šla jsem do toho hlavně kvůli svému fyzickému stavu, protože ze slova health coaching odvozuji hlavně coaching zdravého životního stylu (a v tom jsem se také nejvíc zanedbávala). Každopádně Radčin holistický přístup odhaloval problémy a příčiny i v jiných sférách. Musela jsem "uklízet od podlahy" a nakonec se můj život změnil k lepšímu i ve vztazích, práci a rodině.

Před třemi měsíci jsem se na základě zdravotních problémů rozhodl změnit svůj stávající životní styl. Měl jsem problémy s mírnou nadváhou, se kterou se pojily další komplikace, jako je vyšší krevní tlak, únava atd. Hlavní příčinou byl způsob stravování (většinou nepravidelný, nezdravý a v neposlední řadě také ve velkém množství) umocňovaný alkoholem. Rozhodl jsem se tedy ze dne na den přejít na absolutní detox. Otázka ale byla, co je a co není konkrétně pro můj případ vhodné. Proto jsem se obrátil právě na Radku s prosbou o radu. Během týdne jsme se domluvili na termín schůzky, kde jsem jí popsal svoje problémy a zároveň cíle. Vzhledem ke svému poměrně vypjatému životnímu stylu jsem chtěl docílit určité rovnováhy mezi stravou, alkoholem a nutným pohybem. Dnes již mohu říct, že jsem toho více jak na 100 % docílil a cítím se lépe. Radka byla ochotná konzultovat se mnou jakýkoliv problém týkající se například sestrojení individuálního jídelníčku, který byl pro mě velmi důležitý. Velkou výhodou pro mne byla její časová flexibilnost. Abych došel k závěru, na začátku jsem vážil 98 kg, které jsem zredukoval na 84 kg. Cítím se svěží s podstatně větší sílou do práce a do života. Jsem si jistý, že bych to bez její pomoci nedokázal a důkazem, že si její práce vážím je právě tento krátký úryvek, který sepisuji, protože pro nikoho jiného bych se neobtěžoval.

Hi R, hope you are well in Praque? By the looks on the various social medias, it looks as if you are doing pretty well down there. Anyways - just wanted to let you know, that I think about you, and miss you! Also that I don't think, I ever really told you how much I appreciated your help when you where here, or how much it actually helped me. In fact, Iam not sure how I would have been today, had it not been for your research about the effects of the Turmeric capsules, you pointed me in the direction of. Radka ´s cooking class is really amazing. I attended two of her classes and each time I was very excited. The food we cooked was super tasty, especially the sunseed rissotto was delicious. I am looking forward for her next job. As a chef she is very observant. The class is a really peacefull place, personally, I felt relaxed and happy there.

I have completed three months session program with Radka this summer. Right at the beginning I have to say how fulfilling this time has been for me. I enjoyed each of our sessions. I had so many question prepared, which Radka always answered with joy and pleasure.
My biggest problem at the start of my program was digestion and heartburn. By providing me with alternative food options, simple advices, and giving me many materials to read, and most importantly to work with she managed to reduce my digestion problems to very minimum, which I am very thankful for. Another part of my sessions, that I got probably most pleasure from, concerned my spiritual life. For me it’s been very important to explore this dimension of life and hence explore my inner wisdom.
Now I am feeling more peaceful than ever before, conscious and at present moment, which used to be very difficult for me. At the end of each session I could feel gratitude in her voice, I felt calm and blessed for being given the opportunity to experience my life in such a radical way. Now I am able to say those session change my life in a very positive way.

I had a sessions with Radka in the summer 2014. Initially we talkedabout my goals for my body and Radka was a very good listener. Interestingly Radka also wanted to know about other aspects of my life such as social life, growing up, future dreams and so on.
So, it became clear to me that this coaching was more than just the “usual” food guiding and that Radka was determined to build up an integrated picture of all of my life to be able to give me the best opportunities for success. Once settled, Radka gave me few ideas to some changes in my diet and she explained to me the importance of the food you eat compared to your blood type so that your digestion system will be the best it can be.
For four years I’ve had severe trouble with my stomach, and I’ve been in and out of hospitals without no one being able to tell me what was wrong. I’ve always eaten reasonable (lots of rye bread, vegetables, wholegrain, fish ect.) but Radka told me to limit as much as possible carbohydrates in my diet (such as rice, potatoes, white bread, white pasta ect). It was a slow turn-over, but I had to take it slow to be able to build up this new “life-style” and not “fall back” in my old habits.
Radka really gave me a lot of moral support and motivation during the 3 months it took for me to radically change my diet, and I couldn’t have done it without her tremendous help! When it is hard to keep to your diet, it is often because that your family and friends are not on that diet, therefore it is sometimes hard to get support and eventually there’ll be episodes when they don’t understand “Why you just can’t eat a freak-in’ pizza”. In those situations, it is priceless to have a coach like Radka, who can support you and give you advise.
She is the reason why I’m still on my diet! I’ve lost 9kg and my stomach hasn’t been this balanced since I got sick four years ago. On top of that – Radka is eminent on giving tips and tricks to healthy snack alternatives and a very dedicated helper and coach.
Thank you so much Radka for having shown me the light, and helping me keeping my focus on it even though our course has ended. You’ve really helped me change my life, and I give you my warmest recommendations.

I came to Radka with severe tenosynovitis (is inflammation causing pain, swelling). It was so bad I couldn't lift a cup of coffee without feeling the pain from my wrist. This is a recurring disorder. In the past I've tried chiropractor, acupuncture, massage and of course rest.

In last years I have been fighting with reactive arthritis which caused the pains in most bigger joints (feet, knees, elbows, back and fingers). Any doctor back than would not be able to help me besides giving me a lots of medications which made my health and over all my wellbeing even worst.
Radka has delivered her work. During those 3 months, she has gave me a lots of support, several advices, tips to alternative foods, to new recipes and few vitamins and supplements. The biggest change for me was that I became more aware of foods and how they can influence my body and my mind. By that fact I got inspired to make few changes in my diet which helped me to have a better control over my sugar cravings, which let to less pain in my body, better sleep and helped to increase my energy level.

My problem began some month ago, when I started to have some issues with my intestine. I was very irregular and felt puffy, but I didn't worry so much. After a period with that problem some red dots appeared on my hands, and they were very annoying and itchy.
The doctor suggest me a dermatological test for allergies and the result was that I react against nickel, house dust mites and yeast! In that moment I started to connect those things with the intestine problem and I removed all yeast from my diet for 3 month, but it didn't helped.
Furthermore my issue became more important to me and I started to have bad headaches every second day and pain in my intestine every day. I felt very bad, without energy and had pain in all my muscles.
A friend told me about Radka, that she could help me to understand what to do to solve this problem, so I told her my long story. She suggest me to change few things in my diet and my lifestyle. She suspected that I might be intolerant to gluten and recommend me to take a "vega test" to confirm that.
Test show me that Radka was right and I stop to eat gluten and lactose. I felt much better from the very first moment. Radka send me more info and some tips for a better diet without gluten. She helped me to find other cereals and foods that doesn't contain gluten and some new recipes.
I follow now all those advices and I feel very good and full of energy. My headaches are gone, no more intestine pain and swelling ;)
